We meet from 6:15pm on the bank between the car park and the playing fields. This is a group session led by our run leaders. They are organised according to ability so you'll be running with people the same speed as yourself. In the winter months please wear high-visibility clothing and bring a head torch.
Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting your running journey, our sessions are designed to be inclusive and supportive. Our run leaders are experienced and passionate about helping each participant achieve their personal goals while ensuring a fun and safe environment for everyone.
After the run, we often gather for a quick stretch and a chat, creating a sense of community and camaraderie among our members. It's a great opportunity to share tips, celebrate achievements, and simply enjoy the company of fellow running enthusiasts.
