Swimming Sessions at Hereford Swimming Pool
Join us for our swimming sessions, taking place on Tuesday evenings (coached) and Sunday afternoons (open swim). These sessions are exclusive to members, and space is limited.
For Tuesday evening sessions, please indicate your lane number when booking, which should align with your 400m CSS time (hard training pace). If you're unsure, our coaches can easily adjust your lane.
- Lane 6: Under 6 minutes to 7
- Lane 5: 7 - 8 minutes
- Lane 4: 8 to 8:30 minutes
- Lane 3: 8:30 to 9 minutes
- Lane 2: 9 to 10 minutes
- Lane 1: Over 10 minutes
Members aged 18 and under must provide written consent from a parent or guardian confirming their ability to attend. An email will suffice. Please rest assured that your information will be securely stored in accordance with data protection regulations.
Note that walk-ins are not allowed; coaches will turn away anyone who arrives without prior registration. We will have six lanes available, accommodating up to six swimmers each, organized by skill level. If this is your first session and you're unsure which lane to select, please contact the club via email for assistance.
We kindly ask that you can swim at least 100m freestyle non stop at any pace before joining a coached session.
All prices include all card processing fees.
