· Mountain rules apply - you must bring all of the following items on the day and I will let you know which items to carry:-
o XC / off road shoes - essential
o waterproof top
o long sleeve top
o full leg cover
o hat and gloves
o headtorch or similar
o small rucksack / bum bag to carry it in
